GLENRAC and HEALTHWISE are combining to offer free First Aid skills training for young people.

The day in will include:

• How to call 000 - who will answer and the process involved

• What is CPR - how to check if a person is breathing

• How to deal with dog bites, burns, snake bites, fractures and breaks
