Notice is hereby given to members of GLENRAC of a Special General Meeting (SGM) to be held on Friday 23rd June 2023 at 12:00pm at the Highlands HUB, 167 Grey St Glen Innes.
It is intended that the following resolution be proposed as a Special Resolution: “that the Constitution: Glen Innes Natural Resources Advisory Committee (GLENRAC) Incorporated, as circulated to members with the Notice of Special General Meeting on 31st May 2023 and presented at this Special General Meeting, be adopted as the Constitution of the Association in place of the current Constitution, with effect from the close of the Special General Meeting”.
